The personal data provided will be processed by The Nuance Group Ltd, with registered office at Hotelstrasse 1, 8058 Zürich (hereinafter, “Avolta”), for the purpose of managing your involvement in the BOSS Bottled Beyond campaign and the delivery of communications related to it. Avolta is the controller of the personal data which means that it decides why and how your personal data is processed.
The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of managing your involvement in the campaign and will be retained until it concludes. Any personal data provided is done so on a voluntary basis. We do not perform any decision making by purely automated means.
AVOLTA will not transfer any personal data to other third parties, except when required by any legal obligation or to our service providers e.g. suppliers of IT support or storage services.
The personal data provided to us may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). By way of example, this may happen where any of the companies in our group are located in a country outside of the EEA or if any of our servers or those of our third-party service providers are from time to time located in a country outside of the EEA.
These countries may not have similar data protection laws to Sweden and so may not protect the use of your personal information to the same standard.
